As we've mentioned at least a couple times over the last few days,  it's almost time for the James Kennedy & Friends Annual Lawn Party.  Saturday, July 8 Noon on the front lawn of Heart Consort Music (410 First St. SW) in Mt. Vernon, IA.  You're all invited to bring a chair, even a picnic, and enjoy an afternoon of free music.
