We are an independent record label founded in 1986 to expose and promote the wealth of talent in the Midwest. Celebrating over 20 years of "Music from the Heartland"! Eclectic mix of classic rock,blues, world music, jazz and more... Take a mixture of Jimmy Page, Jimmy Hendrix, Pat Metheny, Leo Kotke, John Scofied, Dave Matthews, Bela Fleck, Peter Gabriel, Jean Luc Ponty, add world music influences, and top it all of with a dash of humor and you have the original sounds of Heart Consort Music.
We have 19 CD releases with radio, distribution and touring world-wide, plus we've had entries in the Grammy Awards for 8 years in a row.
